Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. Opening a chargeback or PayPal dispute will result in a permanent ban from all Guava SMP servers and stores. Purchases are typically credited in-game within 1–20 minutes. If your items do not arrive after that time, please open a ticket in our Discord with proof of purchase.

Important Notes

• All ranks, coins, and perks are digital goods and have no real-world value.
• Packages and perks may occasionally be refreshed or rotated to keep the experience balanced.
• If a package is retired, players will automatically receive equivalent coins for other available items.
